The architecture models were intentionally planned by Hundertwasser to be decidedly industrial, efficient and devoid of poetry to illustrate the practical feasability of grass roofing on common buildings. In these models, Hundertwasser was careful to make no use of his creative ideas while showing how the individual window right and the right to a third skin can be exercised.
