Hundertwasser's comment on the work
I like being in the hospital. There one can get some rest, the bed gets made, you get terrific meals - always different, always brought to your room, even to your bed. You can take a walk, but above all I could paint a lot, and think and write. When I come out of the hospital I always have a rich harvest. Often I ask if I can stay one or two days more, to finish my watercolours. Of course I take care not to drip paint on the white bedding.
